/02  Industry Pain Points

The real cost of the wrong partner

When a compound arrives late, is dosed wrong, or comes without documentation your patients can see — they don't blame the pharmacy. They blame you. Strive exists specifically for the clinic that can't afford to have that conversation.

01

Quality is hard to verify

You hear "high quality," but you can't confirm clear quality, testing, or sourcing data to back it up. That uncertainty makes it harder to stand behind every script.

02

Compliance feels like a moving target

You're tracking evolving rules, but you're not always confident your current pharmacy is ahead of them — or giving you the documentation you need.

03

Turnaround times are unpredictable

Some weeks are smooth; others bring delays, partial fills, or shifting timelines that leave your team fielding avoidable patient calls.

/03  Why Strive

A partner that stands behind your work, your patients, and your reputation.

01 · Sourcing
Authentic Ingredients

Quality you can explain, not just assume

Every ingredient comes from FDA-registered, Green List facilities. Each shipment arrives with a Certificate of Analysis verifying authenticity and purity — documentation you can actually show patients and providers.

02 · Compliance
Accreditation

Compliance you can stand behind

We voluntarily pursue one of the toughest accreditation stacks in the industry: NABP, PCAB / ACHC, and LegitScript Certification — plus proactive monitoring of evolving FDA and state board regulations so you're never caught off guard.

03 · Turnaround
Fulfillment

Turnaround times you can plan around

Consistent and transparent fulfillment on medications, so your team can set expectations once and avoid constant status checks and follow-up calls.

04 · Potency
Testing

Potency verified weekly, not yearly

Industry standard is once-a-year potency testing. Our standard: randomized batches tested multiple times every week. Your patients receive exactly what's prescribed, backed by documented testing.

05 · Clinical
Clinical Support

Clinical conversations and in-clinic support

Direct access to our clinical team when you want to go deeper on protocols, plus print collateral and education that make patient conversations simpler.

06 · Partnership
Relationship

A long-term relationship, not just an account

Dedicated support from a team that keeps learning your preferences, refining workflows, and quietly making your clinic's prescribing experience smoother over time.

/04  Our Product Catalog

The categories your patients already expect, built to the standard your clinic demands.

From weight management to skincare, every category is held to the same rigorous sourcing and testing standards.

Custom Formulations

Don't see what you need? We compound to spec.

Custom strengths, combinations, or dosage forms — developed with you in 2–4 weeks from an approved protocol. Because your protocols are your own.

/05  The Strive difference

Industry minimums aren't our maximums.

Most compounding pharmacies clear the minimum bar. At Strive, we treat compliance as a floor — not a finish line. Every decision we make is driven by one question: what does it actually take to earn your patients' trust — and protect your clinic's reputation?

Potency Testing

Weekly, not yearly

The industry standard is once-a-year potency testing. Randomized Strive batches are tested for potency multiple times every week. Your patients get what the label says.

Sterility & Endotoxin

Every single batch

Every sterile batch is tested for sterility and endotoxins before it leaves our facility. Anything less than perfect is discarded.

GLP-1 Sourcing

Green List only

Our GLP-1 ingredients come exclusively from FDA's official Green List facilities — the most defensible sourcing position available, with full documentation on every dispensation.

/06  The partnership process

From first call to first script, we'll respect your time.

Step 01

Discovery & clinical alignment

We start with your clinic — not our list of commonly prescribed medications. We learn the services you offer, how prescriptions currently flow, and what "a win" looks like for your providers and front desk. We share our quality, testing, and sourcing upfront so your leadership feels confident before we've written a single script together.

Step 02

Workflow & fulfillment setup

We build simple, repeatable workflows around how your clinic actually operates — prescription intake, refills, how patients receive their medications, and billing method. The goal is to reduce friction for your staff and create a patient experience that feels seamless, not outsourced.

Step 03

Ongoing partnership & growth

Your staff gets a clear playbook: how to send scripts, what to tell patients about timelines, and how to use our materials in consults and at checkout. From there, we stay close — available for clinical Q&A, adapting as you launch new programs, and scaling alongside your clinic for the long term.

Common questions

What clinics ask before partnering with Strive.

Straight answers. If your question isn't here, send it — we'll write you a real answer, not a brochure.

What compounds do you offer?

Our list of compounded medications is built around the regimens independent clinics and med spas are most actively prescribing: weight management, hormone support, longevity, sexual wellness, hair health, skincare, and beyond. Our goal is to be your single compounding pharmacy relationship — not one of three. A full list of our compounded medications is available on request, and your account representative will confirm which specific formulations are available in your state.

Can I see your pricing? Is there a catalog?

Absolutely! We'd love to share it. Start by filling out our New Prescriber Form to become a Strive partner, and once we've connected, we'll send over our full catalog and pricing guide tailored to your practice. It only takes a few minutes, and from there, our team will answer any questions you have regarding our catalog and pricing.

Pricing varies by formulations and volume, and we share it upfront so you have what you need to evaluate fit before committing to anything.

Is Strive a 503A or 503B pharmacy?

Strive is a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Every compound we prepare is based on a valid, patient-specific prescription from a licensed prescriber. Our 503A status is paired with voluntary NABP, PCAB/ACHC, and LegitScript accreditations in addition to the standard compliance floor.

Which states can you dispense to?

We hold active pharmacy licenses across all 50 states. The specific compounds available in your state depend on that state's compounding regulations, which vary. Your account representative confirms compounded medication availability for your patient population during discovery — before you build a program around a formulation.

How does the ordering process work?

Once your clinic is onboarded, your team places orders through a clean, repeatable workflow your account representative walks through during setup. Most brick-and-mortar partners use a direct ordering model or a prescription-routing model, depending on your state's dispensing regulations and prescribing structure. We build the right workflow for your practice during discovery, with the goal of making it straightforward for whoever manages it day to day.

What are your turnaround times?

We know that when a patient needs a compound, waiting isn't an option. That's why our team works around the clock to make sure every order moves with urgency and intention. Turnaround times vary by formulation, but one thing doesn't: our commitment to keeping you and your patients informed every step of the way. From the moment an order is placed, we're focused on fulfilling it efficiently, transparently, and on time — because your patients deserve a pharmacy that strives to show up when it matters most.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are included in your pricing guide and quoted alongside compound pricing — so you have a complete picture of your cost per order before you go live. Specific per-order shipping and supply costs may be confirmed at the time of order.

How does my patient receive their medication? Can they pick up in person?

Strive ships directly to your patients — right to their door. We've moved away from clinic shipping to keep the experience as seamless and personal as possible for the people who matter most: your patients. Consistent with evolving regulatory expectations and 503A patient-specific dispensing requirements, we ship compounded medications to the individual patient identified on the prescription rather than to clinics.

In select states where Strive operates a physical pharmacy, patients also have the option to pick up in person, subject to applicable state pharmacy regulations. Your account representative will let you know what's available in your area during onboarding, so you can set expectations with your patients from day one.

Do injectable compounds come with supplies?

It depends on your dispensing model. For prescriptions shipping directly to patients, injectable formulations include dosing instructions. Administration supplies — syringes and needles — are available for an additional fee. Your account representative confirms exactly what's included in your setup during onboarding, so your team has clear answers before the first script goes out.

If I bill through my clinic, will Strive communicate the pharmacy price to my patient?

No. When your clinic operates on a bill-to-clinic model — Strive invoices your practice and you bill patients through your own fee structure — patients receive no pricing communication from us. Medications arrive with your clinic's standard labeling, and nothing in the patient-facing experience references what the clinic paid.

[Note: Clinic-billed dispensing arrangements vary by state and are subject to applicable state pharmacy and reimbursement regulations. Your account representative will confirm exactly how each billing model operates in your state before you go live, and final compliance review of any specific arrangement should be completed with your own legal counsel.]

What happens if a compound goes on backorder?

When possible, we reach out before your patients are affected — with a plain-language summary of the situation, projected resolution timeline, and any available alternatives.

Are your compounds potency-verified?

Yes — and we can prove it. Our potency testing protocols exceed the minimum expectations commonly seen in the industry, and we have the data to back it up.

We conduct randomized potency testing on a routine schedule and investigate every out-of-specification result to determine root cause and implement corrective actions. While other pharmacies may perform the minimum testing required, our program is designed to go beyond that baseline and provide a higher level of assurance in the consistency and accuracy of our products. Testing every single batch is ours.

What compliance documentation does Strive collect?

Everything your state board or compliance review will ask for: active pharmacy licenses by state, current NABP and PCAB/ACHC accreditation certificates, LegitScript certification, third-party certificates of analysis for every active formulation, API sourcing documentation for all active ingredients, and USP compliance documentation.

How do you notify us when GLP-1 regulations change?

Strive monitors FDA, DEA, and state board guidance that may affect compounded medications dispensed to our clinic partners. We work to be proactive when regulatory changes affect formulations in your dispensing patterns. When we identify a change that may affect your clinic, your account representative will follow up with a plain-language summary and recommended action. When news moves fast, your account representative will follow up promptly so you're never left piecing together what it means for your clinic.

What does the support relationship look like?

Every partner that reaches an active status in prescribing with Strive gets a dedicated account representative — not a support queue. You have a direct line to someone who knows your clinic, your formulary, and your patients. Our approach is proactive: we reach out when things change rather than waiting for you to surface a problem. The goal is a pharmacy relationship that runs quietly in the background while your team stays focused on care.

Is there a minimum volume requirement?

We work with clinics at various sizes, but we're best suited to established practices where compounded medications are a meaningful part of care. In our first conversation, we'll be direct about fit and what a realistic onboarding looks like for your current volume. If it's not the right time, we'll tell you — and if it is, we move quickly.

How long does it take to get started?

Getting started with Strive is straightforward. Once we have everything we need from you, we move fast — account setup and configuration on our end typically takes 3–5 business days. The sooner you submit your information, the sooner your patients have access to a pharmacy that's built around them.
