/02  Industry Pain Points

The real cost of the wrong partner

01

Inconsistent potency across batches

Patients report varied experiences — and you're left explaining a problem you didn't cause.

02

Licensing gaps in key states

You've grown into new markets, but your pharmacy can't ship there. You're juggling two or three pharmacy relationships just to cover your footprint.

03

No real technology integration

Manual prescription routing. PDFs. Fax confirmations. Every order is a friction point that slows fulfillment and creates compliance exposure.

04

Opaque supply chains

Your pharmacy says "high quality." But when you ask for sourcing documentation, the details get vague — and that exposure becomes yours.

/03  Why Strive

Designed for telehealth, and the details that matter most.

01 · Sourcing
Documented Ingredients

Ingredient sourcing you can document

The journey to quality medications begins with the legitimate, responsible, and compliant sourcing of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Every ingredient we use comes from FDA-registered facilities.

02 · Compliance
Platform-Grade Accreditation

Compliance that protects your platform

We voluntarily pursue one of the toughest accreditation stacks in the industry: NABP, PCAB / ACHC, and LegitScript Certification. Each one requires ongoing third-party verification and proactive monitoring — so a regulatory shift never catches you off guard.

03 · Testing
Weekly Verification

Potency verified weekly, not yearly

The industry standard is once-a-year potency testing. Our standard: randomized batches tested multiple times every week. Your patients receive exactly what's prescribed, backed by documented testing.

04 · Coverage
All 50 States

Licensed where your patients are

We're licensed to dispense in every state where our medications are shipped. One pharmacy partner. One relationship. No licensing gaps that force you to cobble together multiple vendor contracts as you grow into new markets.

05 · Integration
Technology That Scales

Technology integration that scales

API-based prescription intake, eRx connectivity, and structured portal workflows — built to reduce friction at every step. Your patients shouldn't know there's a seam between your platform and your pharmacy. We work with your tech team to make sure they don't.

06 · Partnership
Relationship

A partner relationship, not a vendor relationship

Dedicated support. Direct lines. A team that knows your platform and your patients. When you need answers, you get them from a person who knows your account — not a generic support queue. As you scale, we scale with you.

/04  Our Product Catalog

The categories your patients already expect, built to the standard your platform demands.

From weight management to skincare, every high-growth telehealth category held to the same rigorous sourcing and testing standards.

Custom Formulations

Don't see what you need? We compound to spec.

Custom strengths, combinations, or dosage forms — developed with you in 2–4 weeks from an approved protocol. Because your protocols are your own.

/05  The Strive difference

Industry minimums aren't our maximums.

Most compounding pharmacies clear the minimum bar. At Strive, we treat compliance as a floor — not a finish line.

Every decision we make about sourcing, testing, and accreditation is driven by one question: what does it actually take to earn your patients' trust — and protect your platform's reputation?

Potency Testing

Weekly, not yearly

The industry standard is once-a-year potency testing. Randomized Strive batches are tested for potency multiple times every week. Your patients get what the label says.

Sterility & Endotoxin

Every single batch

Every sterile batch is tested for sterility and endotoxins before it leaves our facility. Anything less than perfect is discarded.

GLP-1 Sourcing

Green List only

Our GLP-1 ingredients come exclusively from FDA's official Green List facilities — the most defensible sourcing position available.

/06  The partnership process

From introductions to integration: how partnering with Strive works.

Three steps to get started. No surprises.

Step 01

Discovery call

We start with a conversation, not a contract. Tell us about your platform, your patient population, your current pharmacy challenges, and where you're trying to grow. We'll share honestly whether Strive is the right fit — and what that would look like.

Step 02

Technical integration

We work with your team to establish a seamless prescription intake workflow — whether that's API integration, eRx connectivity, or a structured process while a deeper integration is built. Your patients shouldn't know there's a seam.

Step 03

Onboarding & go-live

We set up your partner account, confirm your state coverage, brief your support team on pharmacy-related question routing, and establish direct lines to your Strive account team. You launch with confidence — and documentation ready before day one.

Common questions

What telehealth teams ask before partnering with Strive.

Straight answers. If your question isn't here, send it — we'll write you a real answer, not a brochure.

Is Strive a 503A or 503B pharmacy?

Strive is a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. That means every compound we prepare is based on a valid, patient-specific prescription from a licensed prescriber — the model that aligns directly with telehealth's personalized care approach. Our 503A status is paired with voluntary NABP, PCAB/ACHC, and LegitScript accreditations in addition to the standard compliance floor.

What states are you licensed to dispense in?

We hold active pharmacy licenses across all 50 states. Your account representative will confirm licensing in your specific markets during discovery — before you build any program around geographic assumptions.

What compounds do you offer?

Our list of compounded medications is built around the regimens telehealth platforms are built around: weight management, hormone support, longevity, sexual wellness, hair health, skincare, and beyond. A full list of commonly prescribed compounded medications is available upon request, and your account representative will confirm which specific formulations are available in your active states.

How is pricing structured, and does it change as our volume grows?

We discuss pricing transparently early in the conversation so your team has the information needed to plan your program. As your patient volume grows and you add service lines, your pricing reflects that growth. Your account representative will walk through the full tier structure and what scaling looks like for your specific program.

How do you handle cold-chain requirements for temperature-sensitive compounds?

Temperature-sensitive compounds — including injectables — ship with validated cold-chain packaging to maintain integrity from our facility to your patient's door. Packaging is appropriate to the compound, the transit time, and the destination climate.

What are your turnaround times?

Turnaround timelines vary by formulation, and we provide a clear fulfillment service level agreement upfront for your most-used compounds. Your team will have consistent windows to communicate to patients at enrollment — not estimates that shift week to week.

How do I know Strive can keep up as our patient volume grows?

It's the right question to ask, and we expect it. Fill rate consistency at scale is part of every discovery conversation we have with telehealth partners. We're transparent about our current throughput, what your growth trajectory looks like relative to that, and where the natural scaling thresholds are. If we can't support where you're headed, we'll tell you directly.

What happens if there's a supply disruption or a compound goes on backorder?

When possible, your account representative reaches out before your patients are affected — with a plain-language summary of the situation, projected resolution timeline, and any available alternatives.

What integration options do you support — API, eRx, or portal-based?

We support API-based prescription intake for platforms operating at scale, and work with your technical team to establish a workflow that minimizes manual touchpoints. For platforms in earlier integration stages, structured eRx and portal-based processes are available while a deeper connection is built. The goal in either case is a prescription-to-fulfillment handoff that's as close to invisible as possible.

What does the patient shipping and tracking experience look like?

Patients receive tracked shipments with visibility throughout the delivery process. Shipping notifications and status updates are part of the standard fulfillment flow — your patients aren't left guessing, and your team isn't fielding status calls. For platforms with specific patient communication requirements, we can align the notifications and delivery experience with your standards.

Do you offer customized packaging?

We follow standard 503A pharmacy labeling requirements. Any additional customized packaging considerations may be discussed during onboarding within the constraints of 503A compounding practice. Your account representative and onboarding team can walk through what's possible for your program.

What compliance documentation can you provide our team?

Everything your compliance team will ask for: NABP and PCAB/ACHC accreditation certificates, LegitScript certification, active pharmacy licenses by state, certificates of analysis for all active ingredients, batch testing records, and full API sourcing documentation. We provide this proactively — organized and current — so your team isn't chasing it down.

How do you stay ahead of GLP-1 regulatory changes?

Strive monitors FDA guidance, state board updates, and USP standards continuously. Active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) used in our GLP-1 compounded medications come exclusively from FDA-published Green List facilities that meet applicable inspection and compliance standards. When a regulatory change affects a formulation in your active formulary, we work to get ahead of it with direct notification, a plain-language summary, and recommended action — before it becomes a problem for your patients or your program.

What's the timeline from first conversation to first dispense?

Most telehealth partners reach go-live within 2–3 weeks from a signed agreement. The majority of that timeline is your team's internal compliance review and technical integration setup. Our onboarding configuration and account setup typically takes 3–5 business days. Your account representative sets a clear go-live target at the start of onboarding and tracks against it.

What does the ongoing support relationship look like?

Every partner gets a dedicated account representative — not a support queue. You have a direct line to someone who knows your platform, your patient population, and your history with us. Our approach is proactive: we reach out when things change rather than waiting for you to surface a problem. As your platform grows, your account representative scales the relationship with you.
