Strive Pharmacy and the Future of Peptides

Peptides May Be Returning to Compounding Pharmacies. Stay Ahead of the Curve.

Peptides continue to generate interest across functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine, and many providers are watching developments closely. At Strive, we’ve been preparing for this moment with the same guiding principles that inform every decision we make: we keep real people and their health realities in mind, follow strong regulatory practices, and hold our work to a high standard.

How Regulatory Changes Affected Peptide Compounding

As FDA guidance and Board of Pharmacy oversight evolved, several peptides could no longer be legally compounded. Because Strive is accredited by NABP, PCAB, and is LegitScript certified, we aligned early with these updates and discontinued any peptide that fell outside approved pathways. While interest remained high, our priority was to stay compliant and protect the integrity of personalized medicine.

That decision allowed us to create a thoughtful foundation for what comes next.

Why Peptides Are Re-Entering Clinical Conversations

As peptide interest grew, so did the appearance of gray and black-market sources. Many of these sellers operate without quality control, verification, or oversight, leaving providers and patients vulnerable to unknown ingredients and unreliable products.

The Importance of Regulated Compounding Pharmacies

The recent PCAC advisory recommendations mark an important shift. The potential return of peptides through legitimate licensed pharmacies puts trust, transparency, and quality back on the table. Reputable pharmacies provide verified sourcing, strict quality systems, accreditation, and testing. They also offer the documentation, education, and support providers rely on to care for their patients.

Patients deserve access to products that come from a trusted, regulated source. Providers deserve a pharmacy partner who treats compliance as a foundation, not an afterthought.

How Strive Prepared for the Responsible Return of Peptides

Even while peptide compounding was limited, our work wasn't. Clinical, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams spent that time building a framework that aligns with current regulations and supports what's next, so we'd be ready to move responsibly the moment the door opened.

Research, Quality Systems, and Third-Party Testing

This work has included reviewing formulation strategies, refining delivery considerations, conducting analytical and stability testing, qualifying suppliers, strengthening operational systems, and partnering with third-party laboratories to support product quality. Our Clinical Liaison Team has also been developing educational materials so providers have clarity and support as peptides return to clinical conversations.

A Measured, Compliant Path Forward

As peptide availability continues to evolve, Strive will reintroduce formulations in measured phases. Each step will be supported by compliant sourcing, strong operational strategies, and clear provider education.

Our approach is deliberate. It is the beginning of a long-term peptide platform designed to serve modern clinical practice in a responsible and sustainable way.

Stay Updated on Peptide Availability in Your State

We are grateful for your trust, your partnership, and your dedication to patient care. The future of peptides and personalized care continues to evolve, and Strive is committed to building that future with integrity and collaboration.

We look forward to building it with you.
