Storage Requirements: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.

Mechanism Of Action

Azelaic Acid: Azelaic acid works by inhibiting the growth of the bacteria associated with acne. It also normalizes the shedding of skin cells and reduces the formation of comedones.

Benzoyl Peroxide: Benzoyl peroxide decomposes to release oxygen, which is lethal to acne causing bacteria. It also has mild keratolytic effects, helping to unclog pores.

Clindamycin: Clindamycin is a topical antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis thereby reducing acne causing bacteria.

Niacinamide: Niacinamide, also known as vitamin B3, has anti-inflammatory properties and helps to regulate sebum production.

Tretinoin: Tretinoin is a retinoid that increases the turnover of skin cells, preventing the formation of comedones and reducing the adhesion of keratinocytes (skin cells) within the follicles.

How it Works

Suggested Directions for Use:

Cleanse the affected area thoroughly.
Apply a thin layer of Clear Revive Blemish Cream to the affected area(s) one time daily, preferably in the evening or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Use sunscreen and wear protective clothing when outdoors, as this product may increase skin sensitivity to sunlight.

Potential Side Effects & Warnings

Warning:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
Discontinue use if severe irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
Use caution when using other topical products containing peeling agents (e.g., salicylic acid, resorcinol) or abrasive soaps or cleansers.
Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and sunlamps.

Precautions:

Do not use on broken skin or wounds.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Use caution in patients with eczema, sunburn, or severe skin irritation.

Adverse Reactions:

Common adverse reactions may include dryness, redness, peeling, and mild stinging. These effects are usually temporary and may lessen with continued use.
