GHK-Cu is an endogenous occurring copper-binding tripeptide composed of glycine (G), histidine (H), and lysine (K). It has a high affinity for copper ions (Cu²⁺), forming a stable and biologically active complex that may support copper’s bioavailability and intracellular activity.^2,3 This interaction is associated with several biological processes involved in maintaining skin health, collagen support, healthy hair, immune function, and angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels)^1-3. Additionally, GHK-Cu is formulated to help address oxidative stress and support the skin's response to environmental factors.^2,3

Q: Is GHK-Cu Cream suitable for all skin types?

A: Yes, GHK-Cu is generally well tolerated, even with those with sensitive skin. However, people with very reactive or compromised skin should start with a patch test.

Q: Will this cream stain the skin blue?

A: No, not in the cream form. While it is blue in color, our well-formulated cream does not stain. If the color is strong, it usually fades quickly upon absorption.

Q: When will I see possible outcomes?

Q: If GHK-Cu contains copper should I be worried about copper toxicity?

A: GHK-Cu uses a very small amount of copper, keeps it tightly bound in a peptide complex that inactivates its harmful free‑radical chemistry, and operates within the body’s normal copper‑handling pathways, so when used as directed it is not expected to meaningfully raise systemic copper levels in people with normal copper metabolism.
