Suggested Directions:

- Gradually increase dose as tolerated.
Intravenous Infusion (NAD+ 200 mg/mL):
- Dilute 250-500 mg (1.25-2.5 mL) of NAD+ in 500-1,000 mL of IV fluid such as NS or LR.
- Infuse a SLOW drip rate over 2-4 hours for first time users. Rate can be determined based on a person's tolerance.
- Doses can be titrated up to 1,000 mg after multiple uses.
